1.Transport theory and feature

 En masse conveyor is a kind of conveying equipment which works in a closed rectangular cross section shell, and recurs to the running chains scraper continuous transport bulk material. Because chains scraper is hided in the conveyed material, it is called "en mass conveyor'.

  In level transport of en masse conveyor, the chains scraper get pressure from movement direction and materials themselves weight influence , the internal friction assures the steady mode among batch layers , and it can overcome the external friction which gets from the materials movement in closed trough , at last, from the continuous whole stock trough to be transport.

  In steep lifting, materials get the pressure from abeam, form the internal friction. At the same time , because the continued feeding in lower level, underneath materials cause the frictional force in a raw for upside materials. The friction and frictional force are able to overcome the external friction from moving in chute, and materials themselves weight. At last, form the continuous whole stock through to be elevated.

  The structure is simple, the weight is light, the volume is small, the airtight is powerful, the installation and maintenance is convenient. It is not only level conveying ,but also arrangement with other parts,conveying in series . The more charging , the more discharging, the craft arrangement of conveyor is flexible . As to the shell is closed, it has many advantages in transporting flying , poisonous, high-temperature materials, thus changes the workers’ operation conditions, prevents from the environment pollution and so on.
